  • The client is accountable for providing all content, including high-quality photos and/or text, unless otherwise arranged. Failure to have all content prepared may result in a delay in the completion date. Please ensure that all content is spell-checked.   • Yes, submitting content in advance is crucial for ensuring the website project is completed on time. The designer doesn't provide content creation services and requires all essential content to be supplied beforehand. High-definition images are necessary.

    In specific instances, stock images may be available for an additional fee, depending on availability, to enhance the website's visuals.

  • We apologize for any inconvenience, but all purchases are final and non-refundable once payment has been made. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team.

  • For all projects completed by us, there's a limit of three (3) revisions. Beyond that, each additional revision will incur a $5 fee per revision. This policy ensures a smooth workflow, allowing your project to be completed within a reasonable timeframe. Draft images are provided solely for approval purposes and may not be copied, altered, or shared with any other individual or company without our prior consent.

    Upon approval of files (such as logos, flyers, etc.), clients must settle the remaining balance in full before the files are released. Failure to do so will result in a late charge fee of $15 per day.
